KinCircle — Child Safety Standards
Effective date: May 2026 · Published for Google Play Child Safety Standards
KinCircle is an invite-only private family networking app operated by the
KinCircle developer team listed on Google Play. We have zero tolerance for child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards
-
CSAE and CSAM are prohibited in KinCircle. This includes grooming, sextortion,
trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of minors, and any visual depiction of a minor in
sexually explicit conduct.
-
Members must not post, request, share, or store illegal or harmful content involving
children anywhere in the app.
-
Accounts that violate these standards may be warned, suspended, or permanently removed.
We may preserve evidence as required by law.
Report in the app
Users can raise safety concerns inside KinCircle without leaving the app:
-
On any post in the home feed: tap Report and choose a reason (including
Something else for child-safety concerns). Reports are stored for review.
-
You can Block another member to stop seeing each other’s posts in the feed.
-
Group organizers can remove members or delete posts that violate group rules.
-
Under Me → Something wrong?, you can send feedback with app build details.
How we respond
-
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE in KinCircle, we act in line with these
standards and applicable law — including removing content, restricting accounts, and
reporting to relevant regional or national authorities where required.
-
Serious reports filed in-app are reviewed by platform operators through our moderation
process. Optional server notifications can alert operators when a report is filed.
Age and eligibility
KinCircle is intended for family groups. Account holders must meet minimum age requirements
in the app (date of birth is collected at sign-up). Parents and guardians are responsible for
how minors in their family use devices and shared groups.
