Privacy Policy

KinCircle is a private family networking app. This policy describes how we handle data during the invite-only beta.

Data we collect

Phone number (SMS sign-in and account recovery).
Profile details you provide (name, city, bio, birthday, avatar).
Content you post in your family groups (text and images you upload).
Device tokens if you enable push notifications.

How we use data

To operate the service: authenticate you, show your groups and feed, deliver notifications you opt into.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run ads in this beta.

Who can see your data

Your data is visible to you and to members of the family groups you belong to. Other members see what you share inside those groups. Access is enforced on our backend (Supabase row-level security).

Retention

We retain data while your account is active. You may request account deletion in the app (see in-app account deletion flow).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us using the email below.
